Wecare America Inc. (WCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and communities through strategic support in childcare, employment, and homelessness. Our mission is to:

1. Increase Teacher Compensation: Ensure higher pay for educators to attract and retain dedicated staff, thereby improving the quality of education.
2. Expand Childcare Access: Provide affordable childcare options, making quality care accessible to all families, regardless of their financial situation.
3. Create Job Opportunities: Generate sustainable employment and volunteer opportunities to help individuals gain meaningful work.

Through community-funded daycare centers, we aim to ease the burden on working families while delivering high-quality care and education. We also focus on equipping underserved individuals with skills and resources to secure stable employment. Our overarching goal is to make a lasting, positive impact and foster resilient communities where everyone has the chance to succeed.

Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From case managers to outreach workers, we work together to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
