Wecare America Inc. (WCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and communities through strategic support in childcare, employment, and homelessness. Our mission is to:

1. Increase Teacher Compensation: Ensure higher pay for educators to attract and retain dedicated staff, thereby improving the quality of education.
2. Expand Childcare Access: Provide affordable childcare options, making quality care accessible to all families, regardless of their financial situation.
3. Create Job Opportunities: Generate sustainable employment and volunteer opportunities to help individuals gain meaningful work.
4. Incentives For Daycare Employees

       We reward childcare center       employees who are chosen as employee of the week, month, quarter and year.

 We focus on equipping underserved individuals with skills and resources to secure stable employment. Furthermore, through the development of community-funded daycare centers, we aim to ease the burden on working families while delivering high-quality care and education. Our overall goal is to make a lasting, positive impact on the childcare industry and foster resilient communities where everyone has the chance to thrive.
